 Digital Arithmetic Circuits (Chapter 7)
 Sequential Circuits (Chapters 8 & 9)
 Introduction to Project II
 Finite State Machine Designs (Chapter 10)
 Interfacing Analog & Digital Circuits (Chapter 12)
 Memory Devices & Systems (Chapter 13)
Exams:
Exam #1: Th 101107, (75 minutes  2 page summary allowed)
Exam #2: Tu 112007 (75 minutes  3 page summary allowed)
Final Exam: T.B.A. (3 hours  4 page summary allowed)
Grading:
The final grade will be computed as a weighted average of the two intermediate exams (15% each), the final exam (25%), the two lab design projects (15%) an oral presentation (5%), quizzes (6%) and the homework (4%).
NOTE:
Each student must complete all Lab assignments and complete, both design projects to pass the course!
