Academic Advisor _________________________
The portfolio is a collection of the student's best work. The advisor evaluates the portfolio to determine to what extent it demonstrates abilities. It is expected that by graduation all abilities will be completely demonstrated.
Check the appropriate box.
0 represents no work 1 means the work partially demonstrates the ability. For example, a score of 1 might be used for the initial level of team working skills most typically exhibited during freshman year. 2 indicates that the work demonstrates the ability in the indicated skill set without question. 3 indicates that the work not only demonstrates the ability but also has been published or has resulted in a patent application or a marketed product.
