ELE 331 Introduction to Solid State Devices

Catalog description - Electrical and optical properties of semiconductors. Characteristics of p-n and metal-semiconductor junctions. Application to diodes, transistors and light emitting and absorbing devices. Fabrication technology is introduced. (Lec. 3) Pre: PHY 306 or 341 or equivalent.
