Dr. Huang's primary research interests include neural control of prosthesis, development of intelligent and adaptive control system for therapeutic robots and prostheses, modeling and analysis of neuromuscular control of movement in normal and neurologically disordered humans, and understanding the neurophysiologic mechanism of spinal cord stimulation on restoring the ambulation of spinal cord injured patients. Her specialties lie in machine learning, adaptive control, neural signal processing, biomechanical modeling, and motion analysis. |
