Registration Instructions

On-line registration via credit cards are handled by Regonline. Proceed with Registration.

Early Registration deadline is Friday March 12th 2010. The Registration process also allows you to pay charges for extra pages. Up to two additional pages may be purchased at a cost of $100.00 each for regular papers only. The poster papers are limited to 2-pages. The registration fee schedule is listed below. You can use your regonline account to continue making changes to your registration and to access/print receipts.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations/Refunds are not allowed unless an event is cancelled by the conference. At least one author must register if their paper is accepted and must have someone attend the conference if that person can not attend due to an unavoidable conflict.

Visa Applications:

For a supporting letter for a visa application, email the following to the registration chair, Resit Sendag (sendag at ele dot uri dot edu), after finalizing your registration:

Student Travel Grants:

The ISPASS 2010 organizing committee would like to encourage graduate student participation at the conference by partially funding the travel costs of individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. To apply for student travel grant, follow this link.
