Dear NATW-2000 Authors and Presenters: Acceptance Notifications had been sent to all of you on 04/04/2000 (some of you are contributing two papers), along with instructions and schedule for the preparation of the final versions and abstracts (to be put on the web), I trust that you are working on them. (If you have not received the NATW-2000 Acceptance Notification from me on 04/04, please contact me ASAP.) While the committee is working on the Program, I like to inform you that each presention has a 30-minute slot, with 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Although exchanges are encouraged during and after presentations, a presenter can choose not to have questions until the presentation is complete, if he/she wishes to. As to the A/V equipment, 35mm and overhead projectors are standard. If you are going for electronic presentation, it is best that you be prepared with your own notebook/laptop computers with necessary software (typically, PowerPoint). In the case where you need the workshop to arrange a notebook/laptop computer, please contact me. (We try not to rent electronic presentation equipment to keep the cost low.) Thanks. - Xinghao Chen xinghaoc@vnet.ibm.com
