Co-Coordinators: Ying Sun, Robert B. Hill, and Thomas G. Manfredi are the co-coordinators of the PMC Partnership. They also serve as liaisons for the three Colleges involved: Engineering, Arts and Sciences, and Human Science and Services, respectively.

Steering Committee: The administration of the Partnership will be done with the help of a steering committee. The steering committee consists of ten initial members of the partnership: James Agostinucci, Robert B. Hill, James G. Kowalski, Linda S. Lamont, Thomas G. Manfredi, Mercedes A. Rivero-Hudec, Thomas D. Romeo, Peter J. S. Smith, Ying Sun, and Zongqin Zhang.
