Professor Godi Fischer

Ph.D. Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, 1985
M.S. Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, 1978

In the early 1980's, Dr. Fischer has been funded to do research in the field of switched-capacitor (SC) circuits. This work bas been reflected in articles such as "On the Frequency Limitations of SC Filters", IEEE JSSC, Aug. 1984, or "SC Filters for High-Frequencies with Compensation for Finite Amplifier Gain", IEEE Trans. CAS, Aug. 1985. Since then, his research interest have expanded from analog integrated filters to amplifiers, data converters and analog/digital CMOS circuits. Some of his most recent articles are "A Programmable Temperature Monitoring Device for Tagging Small Fish - A Prototype Chip Development", IEEE Trans. on VLSI Systems, 1997, or "Alternative Topologies for Sigma-Delta Modulators - A Comparative Study", IEEE Trans. on CAS II, 1997.
