Guidelines for Paper Submission

The deadline for submitting papers is August 7, 2017. (The deadline for submitting papers is August 7, 2017. After that, we cannot guarantee sufficient time to review submissions. Please plan to submit your paper by the deadline to avoid the possibility that there will be insufficient time to consider your submission.)

To ensure a proper formatting of your paper, please use the style files for U.S. Letter Size available at (there are templates in both LaTeX and Word):
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Please submit only full papers (not abstracts) of no more than 8 pages (incuding figures, tables and bibliography), in two-column format using any of the above templates, written in English, and in PDF, using the following link:
http://ieee-cis.org/conferences/ssci2017/upload.php

When submitting your paper, you must select at least one topic (the Main Research Topic), plus a maximum of two 'Additional Research Topics'. Please note that your paper will be handled by the symposium or special session (within a certain symposium) indicated in the 'Main Research Topic', regardless of any other topics you choose. So, it's advisable that you select a single symposium or special session for your 'Main Research Topic' and additional topics from that symposium (such topics will help to select appropriate reviewers for your paper), instead of selecting different symposia or special sessions as 'Additional Research Topics'.

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by the registration form(s) and fee(s) for at least one of the authors (only full member or non-member fees will be allowed for this purpose) and is presented during the conference-- no exceptions! Please kindly note that only accepted papers presented at the conference will be uploaded in the IEEE Xplore.
